My name is Don Colleran, and I am the owner of Colleran Auctioneers and Insurance Brokers.
Established in 1968 by our late father Tim Colleran it has grown very successfully each year under the stewardship of me and my sister Debbie, since his passing in 1986. Collerans are one of Galway’s longest established and best known Auctioneer and Insurance Brokers, with a wealth of experience and knowledge which is now available to you.
As professionals in our market, we are qualified members of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV), Irish Brokers Association and Life Insurance Association. We are bonded and regulated by the Property Service Regulatory Authority for auctioneering services and the Central Bank for insurance services.
As one of Galway’s most experienced auctioneers we have sold lots of properties just like yours. We specialise in City Centre properties so that we can invest more time in getting you the best price for your property. With over 50 years experience we know all the dos and don’ts in order to maximise the sale price of your property in a professional and efficient manner. As a qualified member of the European Group of Valuers Association (TEGoVA) and qualified as a TEGoVA Residential Valuer (TRV), we complete valuations to the European Valuations Standard of the ‘Blue Book’.
